Shipping policy

Our shipping policy varies depending on the items being purchased.

We keep minimal stock on our shelves to avoid unnecessary storage, cutting costs so that we can spend it on improving our products and services. This does not affect our delivery times, however it does mean that because our products are made to order, you may receive your items in separate deliveries; as we have them shipped direct from our suppliers to your door.

Handmade Stand Up Paddle Boards

Our unique stand up paddle boards are specifically made to order and arrive typically within 2-3 weeks. You will receive frequent updates on the progress of your board so that you are fully included in the process! We appreciate you will be excited to receive your board and want it as quickly as possible - so as soon as your order comes through, we get started! It will then be shipped via a tracked courier and you'll be notified when it leaves us.

Clothing and Accessories

Clothing and accessories are usually fulfilled within 2-3 days and are again made to order. For this reason, please make sure you check the size guide before ordering as returns can suffer delays.
